We mix our own fragrances, cleanse every crystal, and infuse our creations with the kind of magic you didn’t know you needed (but now can’t live without). Whether you’re lighting up a tarot candle to call in clarity or an intention candle to release what no longer serves, you’re not just buying a product—you’re tapping into a ritual.
Hey! I’m Taiynesha – the maker, dreamer, and hot-glue-everything-er behind A&T Apothecary. I started this business as a way to ground myself during some of the toughest seasons of my life. As someone living with ADHD, anxiety, and depression, candle-making became more than a hobby-it became a ritual, a refuge, and eventually, a whole vibe.
I’m a Métis, Italian, and Nigerian Red Seal electrician by trade, a plant-obsessed candle witch by heart, and someone who believes that healing should smell good, feel sacred, and maybe even make you laugh a little.
When I’m not vending at markets or mixing up a new intention candle, you’ll find me on the softball field with my badass team of ladies, or hanging with my 3-year-old dog Lennox, who’s also my top employee and quality control manager.
At A&T Apothecary, every product is hand-poured with intention-from spiritual tools and energy-cleansing bundles to cheeky novelty candles. You’ll find me at local markets across BC, and in shops like UEL Granville Island, Guildford Makers, and the Chilliwack Homemade Community Store.
